I Lost All My Contacts!

Phone was working fine last night. When I got up this morning, I noticed I lost all of my Contacts. I also noticed that I couldn't sync any of the contacts that I added to Facebook as I had done before.

Is anyone else having this problem?! How do I fix this? (No, I didn't backup my contacts.)

I'm sorry i don't have a answer to your problem but I have been experiencing something kind of similar, my INC has started to randomly drop some of my contacts, no rime or reason.
It probably just one here and there, but if you haven't called that contact lately you don't know when or how many have just dropped off.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
