I had all my apps + data backed up with titanium and backed up to dropbox from my nexus. Now that I have a maxx, can I do a restore in titanium on the maxx, or is to different between the os's and would screw everything up. I should have waited for the maxx instead of the nexus. I loved the nexus but having hardly any signal did it in for me. thanks

Yes you can restore it - I think your TB directory might have to be moved to your internal storage directory, but you can restore it. Obviously uncheck any ICS-exclusive apps.

What your doing right now in syncing is how I went from my Droid X to my Razr Maxx. Worked just perfect, every thing came over with no issues.
