Shutdown phone.
Hold down X key on keyboard, turn on. When it gets to the icon, release the X key, then press and hold the camera button and volume up button. Select factory reset with the directional pad on the keyboard.

Ok guys another major issue.. How do I save my contacts that I manually enter on my phone to my google account? Only my facebook contacts got saved.. Damn.. Lucky I still have my old phone with contacts LOL

I, too, hate that bug... I thought it was a fruit fly on my monitor...

good to know how to do a reset if necessary, thanks!! (and here's another reason why I guard my tech like a crazy woman... some dingbat hosing my logins)
