i get a notification to go to play store

I've never tried this, but supposedly you can press and hold the notification and it will tell you the app that is generating it.

Please give that a try and report back on its success or lack thereof.

when i click on the notification it takes me to the play store and its android booster thats what i see

You need to long click rather than click, as I mentioned in my first post. Have you tried that?
