I downloaded a few pictures off my phone browser...

And now I delete them on my phone and when I plug my phone into my PC or reset my phone the pictures come back. How do I permanently delete these pictures?

open your file manager and delete them from the sd card.

I did, I even used the astro file manager. Its just when it comes to plugging it into the computer it reappears and also I cant even save music or videos from my pc to the phone.
