HTC Weather App

Does anyone know if there is a weather app out there for the Droid like the one for HTC? Supposedly it runs windshield wipers when raining, ices up your screen when snowing, etc.

That would be soooo cool. Yes, I know it is a windows mobile app (I think).

Closest thing I've heard of is "Beautiful Widgets" its in the market
