I saw on the wirefly that the game index wasn't that high for this phone. What does that mean? Does that mean it wont play games very well? Does that mean apps wont work as well on it?Please someone who understands this stuff let me know. I'm worried about the performance of the phone now.

Didn't someone else alrdy say that like twice?

Yea me, but to no reply.

Just wanted to weigh in on the commercial. I believe I heard the girl saying once (11), doce (12), trece (13), and then the lightening strikes...she wasn't saying: uno (1), dos (2), tres (3). So I took away from the commercial that lightening strikes on the count of 14, which means Thunderbolt on the 14th.

ok so in the commercial she starts out by saying 3-2-1, then 2-1, then 1, if you add all those up you get 11 so hmmm... can someone with a good comp slow down the commerical to see how many lightning strikes there are

3+2+1+2+1+1=10 not 11

Yeah, that was corrected and realized already on the last page.

I'm not sure what the "game index" indicates but yes I thought I heard that it is not #1 for gaming but like someone said a few pages back, if you are playing something more intensive then angry birds or other similar game why are you on your phone? As for apps and other stuff from everything I have read and seen it handles very well. Is there something specific you are worried about it not being able to handle?

Ok, thank man. I have never owned an android phone and just want it to live up to the hype.

Android phones are great and like I said, thunderbolt appears to be lightning fast (no pun intended... well maybe a little) I'd be really surprised if you were let down.

For 3D accelerated games, sure...
For emulators like the psx, or the rumored n64oid (im reaaalllyyy waiting for that one), it will be better than anything aside from dual core phones...

lol talk about an entertaining analysis!

Latest Rumor: Verizon is so excited about the iPhone the Thunderbolt has been delayed because they are demanding it run iOS instead of Android.

Negotiations with Apple are ongoing - TB released suspended until 2017.

That was one of the things I was looking forward to, emulators. So you think the SNES emulators will play great on it?

I think you may have caused a disturbance in the force with that post!
