HTC Thunderbolt Release Date

Another thought I had was that they are trying to add VoLTE to the phone. Does anyone know if that is a software update or if that requires special hardware? They've been making a big stink about that technology lately.

VZW just completed their first test not long ago. They've said VoLTE won't launch until some time in 2012.

I know, but having my LG Dare for 2 years, I just want a dang smartphone....

I wish they could throw us some type of bone, I really wanna know the data pricing, and if it is the same, would be be grandfathered in if it were to ever raise

Here we at 3500+ post and we still don't know any more than we did at 2500 post. We are however one day closer to holding our TB's in our hands. Too bad we just don't know how many days that is.

i feel your pain. i had the dare before my d1. what a god awful phone that is! it was touted as a "smart phone" by the salesman. should have done my homework...

Best Buy TB Release Date

Hi Troops,
I'm a lurker so If I screw up be gentle. just got off the phone to Best Buy. The rep said that the TB will be on sale Feb 24th:icon_ banana: but they are taking pre-orders. The Buy-Back program will end on Feb. 26th. I also reinforced the deal breaker? for me - No talk and surf on any CDMA phone! :icon_ cry:
