HTC Thunderbolt has power but no screen

Hello, This is my first time here and I'm not well versed when it comes to tech issues but here goes...My Thunderbolt got run over and shattered the screen, It still powers up but I cant launch anything since the touch screen in shattered. My question is this: Can I get into the phone from my PC?
