HTC One Post S-off bootloader unlock questions.

Hello, I just finished doing the rumrunner s-off method and I had a few questions.

1.) What ROMS can I flash now that I have gained my S-off and bootloader unlock?
2.) How would one go about flashing CWM or preferably CWM touch?
3.) Do I have to be careful about which ROMS I flash? I came from a Droid X on the version of GB where you couldn't downgrade.

After S-OFF you can install any ROM you want.

It doesn't matter what phone it's made for? Also how would I go about flashing CWM recovery?

It matters for what phone it's made for, but after S-OFF you change your CID, MID and RUU accordingly.

Uncheck fast boot from settings.
