HTC Incredible 2 Boot Loop after hard reset Help!!!!

Last night I did a hard reset on my HTC Incredible 2, now its stuck in a boot loop, I also can not access Hboot by holding the power button and down volume on boot.

Do I have any options? Is there anyway to reinstall the factory rom or can I root the phone to fix this? The phone is completely factory now it's never been rooted.

The exterior hard reset for the incredilble 2 is to take out the battery for approx 30 seconds then reinsert hold the volume down button and then the power button together when it starts to power up release the buttons and you should get the Android recovery screen if that does not work you may have to take it to a store

And no rooting will not help a boot loop only restoring the phone will
