Htc droid dna low constant ringing

Hello, I have an HTC DNA. My problem is when my phone is in a pocket (back jean pocket , chest pocket , jacket pocket, ) it starts this low ringing like a cordless house phone. There is no notifications on the screen and I can get it to quit by restarting the phone. Why is it doing this? The phone it not hot or warm to the touch and it is in an otter box case 24/7.

I returned 2 for the same problem.

Well I will be doing the same tomorrow. I have left mine ringing to show them.... I have had the SIM card problem also. I am on my 3 card. HTC is sending a new tray but it will not be here in time .

There is a software upgrade coming out end of September 4.3 for the DNA.
