I'm an old geezer with a new phone, and mostly enjoying it. I was an early adopter of smartphones, going back to a giant Kyocera, a Kyocera clamshell, and then I don't remember what all since. Couple Palms. My last couple of phones were Windows Mobiles. I live out in the Missouri sticks and AT&T doesn't work here, so the iPhone was out. Verizon is the only rational choice for me. I had already decided that if Vz didn't get a real smartphone I was going to carry the WinMo to my grave, but I've been saved by the Droid.
My fingers are a little fat... my hands are a little shaky... but all in all I like it very well. Gotta have that hardware keyboard with my old hands.
