- open your terminal emulator app
- you should see a $ symbol, now do the following
- su
- now you should see a # symbol
- mount -o rw,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
- rm /system/app/Superuser.apk
- rm /system/bin/su
* rm /system/bin/busybox
- mount -o ro,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
- reboot your phone.

Im trying this and it keeps saying read only file system? any help? Have replacement device coming in the a.m.

i just tried that, but how do I know it actually unrooted the root?

Run anything that requires root if it gets SU access or works for that matter you still rooted

I tried running something that needed the root and it did nto let me and gave me an error saying it wasnt rooted ro something. But just a few days ago my phone froze and I had to restart it and it went to a DOS looking page at start up and it gave me some choices, one of which was to reboot the system. Im not sure if its unrooted or not now again.
