How to uninstall applications that came with UD 1.0

I cannot figure out how to uninstall any of the apps that came with the new UD rom. I really want to uninstall one app in particular and that is the sms popup app. I try to just go to manage applications and uninstall it, but its grayed out so I can't uninstall it that way. Can anybody help me with this or are you just not allowed to uninstall the apps that came with the rom? Any help would be appreciated.

how do u delete with TIBU?

open tb. go to the section that has all of your apps. click on the app you want to uninstall and choose the uninstall option.

You can also just freeze the app if you so desire...
