How to transfer contacts?

My old phone is a samsng sway. Is there a way to get the contacts transferred?

Can you export your contacts on the Samsung? If you can export them in .csv format onto the sdcard it would be easy to import them into your bionic. You could probably take both phones to Verizon and they can do it (may charge you). The last option, that I can think of, is check to see if the Samsung is supported by Backup Assistant and use it (this would be my last choice).
