How to stop my droid from udating to JB

Is there a way to keep my droid Bionic from installing JB when the update comes? I really don't want to lose FoxFi. Its the only way I can use my Ipad on the road.

Give it a little time for someone to respond. There were ways to do this on the Razr so I am sure there are ways to do it on the Bionic.
