How to send video to email.

Let me preface this whole thing with the fact that I am totally new to Droid and have never used these phones ever in my life. I have taken video with my droid and want to send it to an email but for some reason when I attach the video it will not send it. It sends the email but when the email gets there it does not contain the file. I don't understand why I can't do this because when I'm doing it the phone is running off my wireless router which has a super fast connection. I could understand that the file may be too large if i'm uploading everything from 3G but when I'm on my own internet connection it won't do it..... I just don't understand how such an awesome phone can't send a 51MB file to my friends email account....especially if the phone is on my own network...

Because, most wireless services have a limit on the size of email attachments that can be sent over their networks.
Your attachment is likely over your wireless provider's limit.
