My friend cleared the data on the stock e-mail application instead of the cache. When opening the application now it begins at the screen in which you sign into an e-mail account for the first time. When she tries to sign in, it says the account is already logged in, but never allows access past the sign in screen. Anything other than a factory reset that might fix this?

She's using a stock Razr.

Can't, its grayed out. There hasn't been any activity since the data was cleared so theres nothing in the cache.

Have you tried rebooting the phone or maybe boot to stock recover and clear cache that way?

Not sure what the steps are for stock recovery for the Razr are, but I'm sure someone will come along for ya.

Is her email address still listed in the account menu? If so delete and try again? Otherwise, factory reset.
