how to move thw icons so they dont hide the wallpaper

here's a ss of mine with everything collapsed 
Trash the icons by long pressing on them and pulling them to the bottom. You will see the trash can get red. Let go then. you want moved to a different page. Then go to the page you want them at, go back to the tray, find the icon you want and long press on that icon. It will pop up on the new screen.
You can long press on the icon, then drag them to the edge of the screen and pause, then the screen will move to the next one. Or have the screen up that you want the icon on, goto the app drawer, long press on the icon and it will pop to the screen.
When you are placing wallpaper, you will see a orange box, tap on it and arrows will show. You can then drag the box to it's full extent.
All good tips. The first time I moved an icon from one page to the one next to it I was like "woahhh". You just sort of "push" them over.
There are free wallpaper apps in the market but if you are trying to make your own make sure it is 960x854 when you size it in whatever paint/photo program you use to crop images. Don't forget these forums have wallpapers too, click Gallery at the top of the page.

Put them all back in the icon tray - then when you need an app - slide that little up-arrow thingy at the bottom of your screen upward to reveal all of your app icons.
