How to limit google/"phone search"?

In ICS I could limit the number of internet searches to 0 when searching in the google bar at the top. I figure if I want to search the web I'll just open a browser. I used to use the google search bar to find things on my phone only. For instance, I have a contact that isn't speed dial worth (Jerry Seinfeld episode, I know) that I want to search on. I type their name up there and it brings up all Johns, for example. Well, today if I type "John" I get Johnny Depp, John Deere, etc in my results along with all of the Johns on my phone. I want to drop the internet results to 0 so I only see what is on my phone. Any way to do that again??
