How to install programs that cant be removed easily.

Is there any way to install apps on the phone the same way the bloatware is?
I'm just worried bout my phone being stolen and I want to make it as hard as possible for them to uninstall my tracker apps.

If you're rooted, use root explorer to move it to system/app folder

I'm assuming your talking about the apk file or do I have to move the installed appto the system app folder.
