The latest update for the Verizon Galaxy Note 3 finally brings this device up to Kit Kat 4.4.2. It also includes some other useful features including all kit kat updates and features, optimized memory, improvisations in multitasking performance, increased screen responsiveness, multitexturing support, built-in printing services, new visual voice mail, updated emoji in Samsung keyboard, inbuilt apps updated, tap and pay feature, and sms and google fully integrated. To install the new update you will need to be first running 4.3 unrooted with stock recovery. You can install the latest update via ODIN. Download link and full instructions are linked below. Alternatively you could just go to settings and about phone and check for updates and just grab it once it is available. If you wish to keep root you should not install this update as it will patch root and there may never be a new method for rooting.
