Can anyone tell me in layman's terms what these instructions mean?? ......

Power off your phone. Charge it full. Turn it on and boot to clockwork recovery.

Ive been off the charger since 3am, been syncing fb, twitter, flikr, two email accounts and even made aphone call. Its 10:45 right now and I am at 90%. Thats with nothing but resetting battery stats and turning off always on data.

Sounds like it could really help me but I have no clue what I'm actually supposed to do!! Otherwise, do you have a recommendation for an extended battery to buy? Brand &/or retailer!!
