How to i transfer from droid to pc because nothing works?

Verizons always shuts down and if not duplicates everything.
Moto's doesnt work.
I DONT WANT TO PICK THEM OFF MY SD BY GOING THROUGH ALL THE FOLDERS.
I'm trying to find something that syncs and backs up everything. Like verizons but something that works?
