What are you saying? My mail updates all the time. Are you using gmail or some other type of mail?

Gmail.. it wont auto refresh... they only way I can see new emails is if i do a manuel refresh

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the X but you may want to take a look at your settings on gmail on line. Mine's always auto refreshes, gets the mail to me faster then my computer does.
