How to get Screen shots of my app for the developers counsole Not the right ratio

I have tried the native screen shot also I have tried screencast any ideas would be great as this is the only thing holding me back from publishing please & thank you

I use pickpick software to take the screen shots. You can see the dimensions while you are selecting the area so you can take the right size.
