How to fully unroot Droid 1

I had to call my cell phone provider due to data issues. I was told I needed a replacement phone because the PRL version number was wrong. I want to know how to fully wipe my phone before I take it back

Its in red letters and says #4 "Unroot/back to stock" just point your mouse to it and click

Got a new phone and rooted then unrooted? Why is my phone going from 3g to 1x? Rooting shouldn't change the radio right?
