how to fix wallpapers

Okay so I hate how I have pictures that I wanna use as my wallpaper but I have to crop it and then I only see part of the stupid picture. Is there some way to fix this?

You can make the box larger by using both your thumbs to make it zoom out.

You need to resize the picture to the dimensions of the homescreen(s).

On a PC would be the best method.
