how the heck do i remove the Seidio Surface case off my Tb?

How do I get this case off my thunderbolt???
Tried squeezing every which way and can't do it, pls help.

I managed to get the side with the volume rocker to raise up and got a knife under it so I could raise it up to unlock it.

Mine was terrible to remove the first time, I had to have a guy at best buy help me...took both of us to get it off. After that it is very easy to get on/off.
