To charge your DINC.....
Ive noticed extreme long charging times after update... anyone else????

i usually dont charge my phone until it beeps saying its under 15%. charging it takes usually about 3.5-4 hours

I also let mine get to about 10% or less if I can. I am disappointed though that the Incredible takes so very long to charge and then you have to bump charge it if the phone is on and you want a "full" charge.

My Droid 1 that I had prior to the Incredible took about 1 hour or less and was completely charged even if starting at completely dead.

I have to say I would gladly give up my Droid 1 any day for the incredible considering how speedy it is, the visibility of the screen, the ease of rooting and most of all how light it is.

WOW mine never took this long until upgrade..... It charged in 20 to 30 mins. My old droid that my wife has charges in about the same.... 3-4 hours really..... thats 2 long!!

Are you bump charging b/c the bump charge alone takes 30 minutes and that is the average as stated by HTC. So you must have gotten a great unit to be able to charge in 30 mins to full. I have not heard anyone charge a Incredible to full, true full, in less than 2 hours.

I've got a wall charger by Seidio in addition to my OEM charger. Makes it much more convenient when you own multiple batteries. BTW, I've not notice any difference in charging time after the update.

My stock battery takes about an hour from dead to charge whereas my HTC extended takes about 5 hours from dead. That's before top off while showering,eating breakfast half hour
