How Do *YOU* Use Locale?

If you have Locale, how are you using it?

Please only post here if you actually have Locale and are using it.

There are plenty of other threads where you can ask what it is, debate how well it works, and whether or not it is worth $10+. Here they are: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/search.php?searchid=524672

I'd like to keep this thread focused on people's real usage.

Conditions (C), Settings (S), Plug-ins (P)

Situations (in this order - priority goes top down):

  1. Work
    1. (C) Location [work location]
    2. (S) Volume 0%, Vibrate On
  2. Dock & Headphone - Pandora
    1. (C) Desk Dock, Headphones Plugged-in
    2. (S) Media volume 50%, Turn on Pandora, Turn off Wifi
    3. (P) Locale Dock Plug-in, Locale Headphones Plug-in, Locale Shortcut Plug-in
    4. Usually online gaming in this situation, and Wifi off means one less thing using my connection (already laggy at times)
  3. Car Dock & Headphone - Pandora
    1. (C) Car Dock, Headphones Plugged-in
    2. (S) Media volume 80%, Turn on Pandora, Turn off Wifi
    3. (P) Locale Dock Plug-in, Locale Headphones Plug-in, Locale Shortcut Plug-in
    4. When I get in my car to leave home, I am still barely in Wifi range, so it's still on under the home condition further down (with poor signal). Pandora often craps out in this scenario, so I force it to 3G right off the bat. The "headphones" are the aux-in to my car stereo.
    5. I just read that you can use *OR* conditions, so I might combine the 2 dock situations.
  4. Drive Start
    1. (C) Car Dock
    2. (S) rtime-rec: Driving Start (Input Time Kind - Start)
    3. (P) Locale Dock Plug-in, rtime-rec (by rmiya)
  5. Drive End
    1. (C) Undocked
    2. (S) rtime-rec: Driving End (Input Time Kind - End)
    3. (P) Locale Dock Plug-in, rtime-rec (by rmiya)
    4. I'm curious about how much of my day is spent (wasted?) driving around and I think I'm using this correctly, but I've only tested it out a couple times since I set it up yesterday. The end result of this is that a Google Calendar entry is automatically created based on car dock usage. It looks like you have to use an End situation when using it as I am, otherwise it will just use whatever you have set in the Start/End time interval (default is 1m). Without an End situation, I found it was adding a calendar entry every minuted once I docked it, and it seemed to cap out at 3 (tested on the desk dock).
  6. Home
    1. (C) Location [home]
    2. (S) Wi-Fi on
  7. Default
    1. (S) Ringermode Normal, Vibrate on Ring On, Ring vol. 75%, Media vol. 10%, Brightness 60%, Screen Timeout 15 Sec (I also have Screeble), Wifi off
    2. (P) Locale AllVolumes Plug-in (by Akiware)

Edit: Mods, can I get some emphasis on the *YOU* in the title? Thanks
