I know that is a feature they were pumping up for the new Samsung S3, but I am not sure if that feature is available for the Razr phones.
I can take pictures pretty fast still with the phone, took about 8 in a matter of a few seconds just by tapping the camera shutter button over and over.
Plus you can take quick pictures while shooting a video as well.
If you take several sequential pictures often, you might want to look into Fast Burst Camera. It's crazy how many pictures it can take a second on virtually any device. Of course, with something that takes this many pictures this quickly, there's not any time for it to do any focusing after the first shot, so it's most useful in good lightening conditions. There's a free version available - Fast Burst Camera Lite - that can give you a good idea of what it can do. It's a great app if you like to take several shots in a short period of time.
i used a multi/fast camera app on my old droid on a whale watching trip in alaska, got a serise of whale shots, none are exelent but i was stoked to get them.
