Trying to help someone with a S3 who's having BT issues. He's paired and unpaired, and still having sound quality issues. Hoping this will help him out.

if you mean system cache;
  1. power off
  2. hold down volume up + home + power all at once
  3. wait until the boot screen comes up and it will says recovery in the top left very small, let go at this point
  4. use the volume up and down to scroll and use the home button to select
  5. choose wipe cache
  6. than choose boot system

If you have a password screen lock, you need to disable the password screen lock in order to get to the boot menu.

I can not explain why, but the only way my BT will work on my S3 is to turn WI-FI off, it seems like the WI-FI signal blocks the BT signal. Just my $0.02....
