How do you perform a cache wipe?

Trying to help someone with a S3 who's having BT issues. He's paired and unpaired, and still having sound quality issues. Hoping this will help him out.

if you mean system cache;
  1. power off
  2. hold down volume up + home + power all at once
  3. wait until the boot screen comes up and it will says recovery in the top left very small, let go at this point
  4. use the volume up and down to scroll and use the home button to select
  5. choose wipe cache
  6. than choose boot system

thank you to i have been trying to reboot my S3 and couldn't figure out how to to do it , it doesn't reboot the same way my Droid Razr Maxx reboots with ICS. :biggrin:

I can not explain why, but the only way my BT will work on my S3 is to turn WI-FI off, it seems like the WI-FI signal blocks the BT signal. Just my $0.02....
