How do you link to an app in the android market?

Hey guys, how do I send a link to an app in the android market? I want to send a link to an app that a family member wants, the problem is that she isn't tech savy at all so I can't use QR/barcode links...she would have no idea how to open with QR. Is there any simple way of sending a link similar to a url? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David

Go to AndroLib, Find all applications and games available in the Android Market for your Android Phone, HTC Dream, HTC Magic etc... and send her the link to the app
