How do you browse the itnernal phone memory?

I have Astro installed, but it doesn't seem to allow this. Can it be done w/ another app?

I would like to copy a folder of shortcuts (Navigation shortcuts to be specific) from my Droid to my fiancee's Droid. They are a PITA to input manually, so if there is a way to get around this, I would like to try it.
