How do I?

I don't know if this has been asked before or how to go about finding the answer through the search option but...

Every now and then I get this pop-up and I think it's not legit. How do I stop it?

It doesn't seem legit to me. Google search indicates it's an app that they are trying to get you to install.
I believe you can block the url on the S3

You will never notified of any system update in your browser. It will popup a message on top of whatever you're doing & show a notification in the notification bar.

This is definitely not legit.

Also, you don't necessarily have to, but I'd recommend clearing your browsing data. At least the Cache and History portions to prevent any other security concerns.

The previous time this happened, I uninstalled Chrome and then reinstalled it to no avail. It doesn't happen every day but it's extremely annoying. It just randomly launches a website when I'm in the middle of doing something else on my phone.

Another app is likely triggering it to pop up then. Might not hurt to stay uninstalling apps to try & figure out which one.

I'll give it a shot. It's going to be difficult to narrow it down as the pop-up only happens once a day to every other day :/
