How do I unlock my phone when entering me gmail doesn't work without wiping it?

My friend thought it would be fun to try and unlock my phone by guessing different patterns. Then, when she was locked out of that, then entered a bunch of different emails that she thought might work. Now when I enter my email, the phone doesn't even appear to try and validate my email. It just rejects it right away. I have tried the technique of excessively pressing the back button/home/settings etc. but nothing seems to be working. The only sollution seems to be a factory reset but I want that to be last resort because I just did one recently.

go to applications, and wipe the data for just gmail, all your emails are going to be there when you sign in again.

But I can't go to applications if I'm locked out of my phone

If your password doesn't work anymore, a hardrest is gonna be needed, unless your rooted and can reinstall the rom you are on, and not sure if that will work. Did you try google to see if there is a way past your lockscreen for your phone.

I tried to change my gmail password but it still rejected my email/password right away.

Try leaving battery out/turned off for awhile.

I did. Left it overnight. Took out SD card too
