Connect your phone to your computer via USB
Mount the droid by selecting that option in the notification bar
Explore the new drive on your computer (the SD card on the droid)
Move pictures from Droid folders to wherever you want on your computer.

Did that and didn't see picts! I see them on the phone.

I'm thinking it's the same as the Droid. Download an app called Astro, you're going to use it later anyway. With the USB cord mount your Incredible to your computer and then find the gallery. You will find it in the media folder in Astro. Just drag them to your desktop or wherever you want to keep them.

I figured that phone is so awesome you can just think "put my pics on my computer" and it would do it for you.
