How do I transfer my contacts to my hands free device?

Thanks to Google, I was able to transfer all of the contacts from my Incredible to my Razr Maxx. I cannot, however, now transfer them to my hands free device (a Blueant S4). The Blueant support people tell me that my contacts must be on my SD card, and that they need to be in the Maxx's internal memory. Does that make sense? If so, how do I get them into my internal memory??
