How do I link RSS Feeds to a app?

I own a wordpress blog and want to link my posts to a application. I downloaded a TinyWebRSS already set up zip file but i'm not sure where to go from here.

It tells me I need to enter a ServiceURL and I don't know what to put in..

Any help would be appreciated!!
