How do I get rid of the custom rom I have and put Back the original firmware I used to have.

do you mean like it came out of the box or your rooted framework?

either question if you don't have a stock backup (as in a backup right after you rooted b4 installing a ROM) then you will have to SBF which will put you back in the out of the box state and you will have to turn the phone back on just like it came from verizon thats the only way with no backup

but if you have a stock backup then flash it and unroot after that
