How do I fix Parsing error?

I tried to download an apk and I tried to install apk it said parsing error package something like that how do I fix this? I checked install from unknown sources box it might be that it's not fully downloaded but I don't know how do I fix Parsing error and downloading problem?

Try downloading it again. I usually get that error from a bad download. Especially if the download only took a few seconds
