How do I download the 2.3 update?

So I just uprooted my phone, and I'm back in good ol' stock. I kind of wanted to get the new Gingerbread update, but when I go to system updates, it says that my system is up to date. How do I download the update? Thanks

Wait until they start pushing it again. It was halted because of unforeseen bugs but should have the fixes in place soon.
