How do I download images in email messages?

Ok -- sorry if this is a dumb question but I can't figure out how to download pictures sent to me in email messages. I tried opening the image and then using a long press, and opening the menus with the image displayed but i don't get any option to "download image."

Would someone help?

Not sure who you're using. In gmail, it offers to view or save the attachment. Save puts it in your gallery under downloads.

Thanks. Actually I am using Comcast and don't have that option.
