How can I use sound from a video as a ringtone on Droid 4?

Hello lcaplinger...

I've found with the Droid 4, if your audio is .wav format, or any other format for that matter, you'll need to convert audio file to mp3 on pc, then upload to Ringtones folder on phone. For some reason, only mp3 format is the supported type...at least from what I've discovered thus far.
