How can I transfer Palm Treo Memos to the Droid?

Hi,

I currently have a Palm Treo and am looking to updgrade to the Droid. My only concern is that I have work files on my Palm (under the Memo application) that would need to be transfered to the Droid. Can anyone suggest how I can go about doing this without losing any of my data?

What options do you have on the Treo as export?

I'm not sure what I have that 'exports' files. Could you give me an idea of what to look for???
