How can I tell if I got the update?

In status is says the download failed but when I check for updates it says there isn't any. I did have apps froze when it tired the first time but I unfroze everything and all the bloat is back on. In software it says 1.02.605.6. Is there any other way to check if it installed correctly. Are there any new apps or changes I would notice?

Your radio would have a new version.

Taken from XDA:

Go to:

Settings > About phone > Software information > More

Your Baseband version should show:
0.95.00.1118r, 0.95.00.1223r

if you have the new radios.

Nope. I wonder if I'm going to have to factory reset. It won't identify the new software out now.

Reset did it. Oh well set everything up again. I see a pattern emerging
