how can i reset from sd card to my m860

i want to explain my problem , i download a program from internet then i upgrade my m860 but my phone didnt work again , then i my computer didint recognize my phone so i dont reach my phone again my my phone show me huawei logo only it stuck on logo

now i need a software which is i upload my sd card from any other ways then i plug in it to my sd card in to my phone and upgrade again but i need a good program

by the way my computer says : i/o device problem , some thing like that

can anybody help me pls
